Te Puna

The renovation of our client's home in Te Puna is now complete and the transformation is nothing short of impressive. We are so happy with how this project has turned out but even better, the clients are happy too.

This comprehensive project has revitalised the home, modernising its layout and significantly enhancing its functionality. Now featuring an updated open-plan living and dining area, the space has become the heart of the home again and is perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying time with family. The kitchen, entirely redesigned, is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and fixtures, turning cooking into a delightful experience.

The scope of works included creating a new bathroom, updating the laundry and ensuite, and giving the entire interior and exterior of the home a fresh coat of paint. We also refurbished the garage with new cladding, lining, carpet, and a garage door. Throughout the house, we installed new timber flooring and wool carpet. The detached office got updated with new flooring and paint, too. We added new tiles to the bathrooms, laundry, and around the fireplaces, and replaced the old wood fire with a new gas fire, making the home modern, comfortable, and stylish.

The completed renovation stands as a striking example of how thoughtful design paired with masterful craftsmanship can breathe new life into a home. The outcome is a stunning, functional living space that the owners will cherish for years to come.
